The P 20 C flange made of stainless steel (AISI 316L), is the proven system for increased demands on tightness. Due to its unique geometry, the Gebhardt-Stahl "P" flange profile clearly stands out from other flange profiles available on the market. The 30° double profiling gives the frame profiles excellent stability and enables problem-free sheet insertion. The P 20 C flange has a length of 5,000 mm, is packed in bundles of 120 m and is always available from stock. In the variant with injected sealing compound, the "P" profiles are suitable for the realisation of ventilation systems of tightness class C (DIN EN 1507) without further sealing measures along the profile edge. Of course, the tightness has been tested by TÜV-Nord. The butyl sealing compound used complies with the specifications of VDI 6022, is solvent-free, silicone-free and permanently elastic.
